• Coaching applications: name, email, social handle, goals, experience, and the details you choose to share in the form.
• Contact messages & check-ins: the name, email, and content you submit.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Reviews: the name and text you submit (only shown publicly after we approve it).
• Technical: basic request data such as IP address and country, used for security and rate limiting.

How We Use It

• To respond to your application, message, or check-in and provide coaching.
• To send updates only if you subscribed.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.

Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use a small amount of browser local storage only to remember essential preferences (like dismissing the cookie notice). No analytics profiles are built about you.

How Your Data Is Stored

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure and are accessible only to Christopher and Carson through a private, key-protected admin area. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Third Parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads fonts from Google Fonts and select images from Unsplash. These providers may process basic technical request data as part of delivering content. We do not share your submitted information with third parties for marketing.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting us.
• Request deletion of your submitted data by emailing us via the contact page.
